If that is true (I have no reason to doubt it) at least a few officers need to be removed from their command and reprimanded.

BTW In the opening picture did you notice the one trooper is holding an upside down flag by his side? Something tells me that was a personal protest. Or I could be completely wrong.

It was wrong for any of these men to be holding flags. These flags are a political statement and have absolutely no place in this sort of a situation. I have said often that one flag is patriotic. Two or more are propaganda (excepting in cemeteries and public places such as my home town park where dead service members are being honored by flags on Memorial Day and Veterans Day, etc.).
