This SCOTUS has crossed the rubicon of simply being Trump's instrument for bludgeoning the republic to death with anti-Constitutional ruling after ruling. Of course they'll strike this down and I wouldn't be surprised if they demanded all the Epstein files pulled off the internet and then destroyed.

If you're going to rule to make 350,000 Haitian immigrants deportable immediately because Trump accused them of eating pets, you're definitely going to go for clamping down on the Epstein files.
