BREAKING: Leon Black refused to answer questions after Comer issues two subpoenas in Epstein probe



Chairman of the House Oversight Committee Rep. James Comer (R-KY) has issued two subpoenas to Wall Street titan Leon Black in their Epstein probe while the committee was questioning him today. As Rep. Robert Garcia (D-CA), Ranking Member of the Oversight Committee, joins Alicia Menendez to share more on the interview, Leon Black leaves the Hill and refuses to answer any further questions.

Subpoena literally means “under penalty” and there is NO penalty for ignoring it!

Potentially facing prison time if Congress deems it important enough and the DOJ refuses to prosecute, Congress can charge him with Inherent Contempt, and have the Sergeant of Arms hold him.

Aside from all that, ignoring a congressional subpoena combined with enabling such an abhorrent cancer to take hold of the nation would greatly increase any potential guilt magnification, and scrutiny against him from where it already is.
