That dress would have been better without the goofy bow detail, which was just sort of there - didn't add anything.
One of the worst dresses I've ever seen was the one Simone Biles wore to the Met Gala - it weighed 90 pounds, and definitely wore her instead of her wearing the dress:

She is braver than I am. I would have chosen a turban of hat of some sort if I had to appear at such a public event.
