Birders
Related: About this forumIt seems the neighborhood birds have had a good season, so far.
In the last couple of weeks I've seen the following fledglings in my front yard:
House Sparrow
House Finch
White Winged Dove
Blue Jay
Cardinal
Brown Thrasher
Downy Woodpecker
Robin
The birds (and squirrels) have learned the sound of the cover being removed from the metal pail where I store bird seed. They hear that and within minutes I have a yard full of birds (and squirrels).

Very cool. I would that swear my hummingbirds see me filling the feeder and then come slurp.
