What's for Dinner, Tues., April 14, 2026
Mollie Katzen's zucchini crust.
Various toppings: grilled peppers, sundried tomatoes, Beyond sausage crumbles, and, of course, fresh herbs from the garden.
Small tossed green salad with homemade vinaigrette. Cucumbers, celery.
Kombucha: unflavored.
Dessert: Fried bananas over vanilla ice cream. A few toasted nuts on top.
(I didn't make it to dessert last night--fell asleep!)

Saves me having to do the goofy post of the day… yet here it is: I can only say that I had an Arizona Rx and a banana nut muffin when I got home from work, and now have no room for dinner at all. 
It's been a busy, eventful week already and it's only Tuesday.
