and the tech gave me about 8 of those stretchy rubber band type things that they put around your arm. I asked for them because they are great to tie tomato plants to stakes.

Grits with Gouda and ham. Nollie had puppy food with a sprinkle of grated sharp Cheddar. We both had water. Plus, I had a lime Lassi which of course, she thought that she was entitled to have. Once she had a taste, she quickly changed her mind.

We're trying to stay hydrated and laying low today.
