Ravioli stuffed with Italian sausage and ricotta. Olive oil, seasonings.

Spinach salad, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber.

Ginger kombucha.

I'm gonna' go to WF and buy a little cake to celebrate the monetary ruling!

1. homemade shepherds' pie, dinner rolls, and a salad

I have lots of leftover shredded beef from last night, plus leftover succatash to add.

2. Friday is pizza night. Never question that. Homemade pizza with peppers and salami.

Salad with lettuce grown indoors. Maybe some peanut butter pie later with tea. Mangia.

I have a basil and a red pepper plant indoors, but no lettuce.

3. Friday is a no-meat day at our house

Rice bowls with smoked salmon, peas, cherry tomatoes, and peppers, with honey-chipotle dressing.

Orange and tangerine before bedtime.

7. Still leftovers

I swear gremlins are sneaking into the house at night and adding stuff to the stew pot, since we've been having this ropa vieja for several days and there's still more of it. Today we're having it with polenta instead of rice.
