Vlad Putin. Who now knows that millions of Russians and Ukrainians want to kill him. He
living in bunkers, avoiding the public, and not staying in his billion dollar mansions. About
6 months ago somebody got a bomb to get his car but he wasn’t in it.

Putin is stiffing families on death payouts, so there is an incentive to underreport deaths. Furthermore, Putin has been rumored to be overstating his population for a decade or more. Emigration is a big problem for Russia. Who knows what the real numbers are?
