When it comes to "Renewables," China has its own scale

Notice how the axis for China is different from the other “markets" (like the US.) In 2023 & 2024, China added almost 10 times as much PV and wind as the US. (Although it is not included in this chart, "The European Union installed around 60 GW of solar PV capacity in 2024, similar to in 2023.”)

To be clear, Biden was the best president for combatting "climate change." These figures measure his "success." OKIsItJustMe Yesterday #2

The USA and our current imbecile in charge are heading over a cliff and the world is watching. The implosion of the bond market an the flight from US T-Bills into other vehicles is the death knell for the American Century (which came close from 1945 - 2025, but is fizzling out at 80 years... pretty pathetic in Imperial terms and timescales.)

I am pretty sure that Madarain will be the lingua-franca of the 21st Century and that by 2050, the world will view America much the way the people of the Dominican Republic look at Haiti.

We’ll see just how successful T**** is at dismantling even our meager efforts.
