Fake (Guess) Doctor busted operating out of his double wide

Police arrested a man in Florida accused of posing as a doctor and selling supplements from his double-wide mobile home.

Hernando County Deputies say 62-year-old Mike Fagan saw clients, sold vitamins, ordered blood work, and claimed to have a machine that treats cancer.

that he's working out of a double-wide pretty much indicate that this guy is not a real doctor?

It takes me to a story about a guy who thinks he is half man half dog. Which is still pretty weird.
