(6,500 posts)These were taken north of Roanoke, where there wasn't any major flooding. The local roads were open and I saw no damage. I hope the northern portion of the BRP reopens soon.

(6,500 posts)The other two photos were taken from a hilltop public cemetery east of the peaks. Sharp Top and Flat Top mountains are seen to the west in the second photo. The third photo is the view facing east. I've dined at the lodge. My mother lives nearby.
