(32,122 posts)4. I should've expressed that differently.  If you look at photos of them when they were young, Phil's hair is lighter.
        For me, that makes it easier to tell them apart.  I wonder if Phil dyed his hair because of that.

        Of course, Paul McCartney is the writer of the song. It is said he wrote it specifically for the Everly Brothers to record and that he played guitar in the session. The song reached No. 50 on the Billboard Hot 100.

        In the photo the brother on the right seems to have slightly darker hair.
I'm old enough that I heard their music back then.

        The title of the movie is "Riding in Cars with Boys.' It was the final movie directed by Penny Marshall.
