A good job with proportions and the cat's position and cattitude. You're right about painting animals; I've done three cats and a dog and found them challenging. The fur is the hardest part. You've included some good highlights. Is this live or from a photo?

Thank you! I did it from a photo. I don't think she'd sit still long enough for me to paint her!

I like your cats attitude and I love how you surrounded him with angles that lead the eye straight to the star of the painting. Very nice composition. 👏
