I am really tired of finding myself on the ground/floor!!

I bent over to pick something up and wham...I am on the ground!!

I just broke my collarbone in December.

I am really finding this winter hard on my body and attitude.

I have now made it through a half day without an injury.

Maybe I need to have a sign recognizing "it has been X days since C has fallen" to remind me to be more careful.

And, I am supposed to be walking for my heart as well as trying to keep as much mobility as I can.

Darn aging. Why can't we be like the Orkians? They are born old and grow younger as they mature!
