We were just outside the city limits of our small town on a busy road and sold tons of fireworks...My parents used the profits to take myself and three sisters on several Branson, MO vacations which we loved...not to mention cheap or free fireworks for our own use...I had fun...

There is a huge field in front of the school. People would/will throw blankets on the grass to watch the fireworks from there, which they would launch from the back parking lot entry drive. My parents divorced in late 90 something. Dad died in 2015 . My Mom stayed in the house, and we would always drive out to her to watch the fireworks. Mom passed in August 2018. We watched the fireworks from there one or two more times before we cleared out the house and turned it over to the bank. (My sister had talked her into getting a reverse mortgage.)

Yeah, the fourth doesn't really hold the same meaning without my folks around.

Have our family celebrations and ignore whatever is on the tv. We all need a break from the idiot. No mention of him all day. Picnics, games, fireworks and hugs for our loved one's 😍

4. The closest thing is the America's Block Party

Smashing Pumpkins and Chris Stapleton are set to perform America’s Block Party at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on the Fourth of July. More performers will be announced in the coming weeks.

Hosted by Queen Latifah, the event is being thrown by America250, a nonpartisan organization established in 2016 by Congress’ United States Semiquincentennial Commission, which is officially charged with overseeing the country’s 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

Tickets are fittingly priced at $17.76 each, with proceeds after fees benefitting Feeding America through America250’s new Giving 4th initiative, which encourages participants to give back via pledges for charitable donations. Tickets go on sale on Tuesday, June 16 at 10 a.m. PT. Additionally, 5,000 tickets will be donated to first responders, veterans, and service members.

......

The America’s Block Party announcement from America250 follows the nixing of the separately organized Freedom 250 concert series, which President Trump scrapped in favor of a rally which he said he will now headline. Initially organized by Keith Krach, a Trump appointee, the Freedom 250 concert series fell apart after artists billed to perform — including Martina McBride, Bret Michaels, the Time, the Commodores, Young MC, and more — exited the lineup, with many citing that they felt misled when they were told it would be a nonpartisan event.

Democrat in the House and Senate and listing the usurpations and crimes against us in plain language with reading events across the country?

How about that?

If they can't get their act together and find consensus on such a document, it is hard to understand how they expect us to believe they can build back better.

Of course, I'll be fighting like hell, but I'd sure like to see such a declaration. People from Hopium Chronicles have been lobbying for this since he took office and the crimes began. A document like this could go a long way to inspiring and unifying behind our new class of patriots.
