One of the settlement terms is to drop all audits of himself and family.

There it is, he has stolen millions/billions. His entire family have stolen millions, and they are covering it up and just sent a ransom note to the IRS.

I have no clue how much more America can bleed to enrich him with his FULL PARTYS SUPPURT.

But what’s the “damage” that has been done to him that he’s suing for ten billion dollars?

What’s the argument?

the IRS would fight this vigorously. But no doubt there's plenty of trump loyalists at the top who will just hand over the cash. If the case went ahead, there would be depositions and they don't want that.

He will sue every branch of government that he controls for larger amounts.

Who's going to stop him? Not Congress or the SCOTUS. They'd let him take all of it. $Trillions if he wants.
