"Personal brand". I wish that someone could tell me how this differs from "personality"?

We're each an assortment of known characteristics that define us unless it means "how you SELL yourself", which turns it into manipulation.

and everything is being valuated in terms of how much money is involved, rather than how it affects society in general.
