I recently watched the US Auto Show and the China Auto Show.

The China Auto Show had amazing technical innovation after technical innovation, mostly about electrical auto tech.

The US Auto Show featured big, gas-guzzling trucks and SUVs, very similar to what they were selling 20 or 30 years ago.

China is moving ahead with science and innovation. America is going backwards to a mythical past that never existed.
