“They investigated me — Found Nothing!!!” the sprawling handwritten note begins.

“It is a treat to be able to choose one’s time to say goodbye,” the note continues. “Watcha want me to do — Burst out crying!! No FUN — NOT WORTH IT!!”

4. As a single bit of writing, I know who it sounds like.

However, there's no way I could possibly tie something like to that someone who is supposedly very persuasive and successfully operated in elite level political, social, technology and financial circles for decades.
He collected highly educated people, even with his notoriously poor grammar.

Maybe if someone like that wrote that note when they were 15 and mad at Daddy for not getting him a Porsche for his birthday because of issues at his Private School.

But that doesn't sound like a Suicide note. That sounds like a petulant drunken rant. Not that I would care to read them, but an investigator saying this is a suicide note should check if there are other notes like this around, and in what context they had been written.
