Doesn't matter. If wants to run and in effect waste the GOP's ticket, he can have at it. His term expires. themaguffin Yesterday #14

Running for another term?

That's his popularity today. Imagine what it could be when the Biden economy finally collapses due to the awful Trump policies.

She would leave him. I have been reading that just the little he has done lately has pissed her off. She wanted him out of politics. I don't blame her after all the republicans have put them through.

If his name appeared, all of those votes would be nullified.

Just because Trump is a cult leader who needs the absolute devotion of his lackies doesn't make their groveling to him always relevant. Not even the current Supreme Court can find a way around the constitutional amendment.

enough clerks and such are beholden that he can get his cases assigned to his judges. worse comes to worse, the supremes pass a shadow docket or delay enough to moot the issue.

are we sure this is the best judicial system?

trump '28 on iowa caucus ballot.. mark elias sues. court date set sometime in 2029.

Trump will leave the White House no later than January 20, 2029, and will never return.

Just because some kiss ass judicial nominee won’t give a clear answer to a black and white constitutional question doesn’t change that reality.
