Did any reporter ask who was the recipient of Iran's "gift" of 8 or 10 "boats" of oil?

Did Trump accept this oil and add it to his stash of Venezuela's oil? If this was a gift to Trump, who is he going to sell it to? Will he share the proceeds with America or will he just take it for himself? To my ears that seems to be the insinuation, afterall he is the fulcrum of everything happening in the universe at this time.

Or is he talking about Iran letting tankers through the Strait to sell to China, etc.? Iran didn't close the Strait to countries that are not involved in the war against them. If this is the case, then the "gift" is not a "gift" at least not to Trump. Why would Trump refer to this business transaction as a "gift"?
