Our toddler in chief is "bored" and may be looking for yet another distraction than his war of choice in Iran. This is what I've been seeing on TV and reading on line. Please add ADHD to his Malicious Narcissm Personality Disorder and heaven knows what other mental or cognitive issues he may have.
