1. South Korea, Japan, and China all have numerous force majeure's in manufacturing already.

The US is largely protected. EU and especially Asia are going to shut down without Naptha and downstream propylene and ethylene for manufacturing.

with oil headed for Cuba which flies flag under Hong Kong. So Trump lifts sanctions on Russia and they and China are sending oil to Cuba. Is Trump crazy enough to try blowing them up? Or will he just allow Putin and Xi to make a fool of him once again?

Otherwise he’d be destroying the economies of major trading partners, leading to a rippling effect.

This whole war was so poorly planned and inept, aside from being yet catastrophic moral failure from this administration, and another atrocity towards the people of that region from the US.
