This quote from Angus King, Independent, regarding ICE is significant
Today he said "What ICE is doing is unconscionable, and it's got to be reined in. I can't in good conscience vote for it. I would feel complicit in what they are doing." Good for him.
NBC news site is also full of headlines today about how Dems are feeling "emboldened" and are going to take a tough stand in negotiations about ICE funding and reforms. I'm mentioning this because Dems are rarely characterized as "strong" in the corporate media.
