Waymo cars stuck in intersection after massive power outage in San Francisco:

This seems like a huge safety issue during emergencies requiring the use of evacuation routes.

If the powrr goes out, there would be stalled cars in the road blocking traffic.

How was this not an issue prior to allowing them in the roads?
