The state of Wisconsin has a 4.2 BILLION dollar rainy day CASH fund, republicans refuse to use it for food emergency

They are ultimately intending to steal it when they get full control of the state government again. In other words they want to give it to themselves and their donors instead of helping Wisconsin children have sufficient food to survive the Republican government shutdown.

Of all the reprehensible things a politician can do, starving children is one of, if not the most, heinous things possible.
