A serious brain clot or coronary would be our best hope of escape from this dystopic darkness. Trouble with that is, it makes him a martyr to his cult, and that could have bad consequences. Maybe if it wasn't fatal, but totally debilitating, such that he gets the 25A treatment, we could survive it.
