Last night's vote was just to stop debate.

And the parliamentarian has stripped out most of the deals put in to get Murkowski to vote for it. So the final vote is still up in the air. Then it goes back to the House and they've lost support since they voted the last time, and really hTe the Senate version.

So who knows. Maybe there will be just enough with a conscience.
