Why USCIS ?? What does it do that's not done by the other two ?

The titles seem to have a lot of redundancy, repetitiveness, unnecessary verbiage and redundancy in them.

ICE needs to be not just gutted, but 'disappeared' -- no one who worked there should ever be allowed to hold a gov't job again (except maybe some office staff).

The Nuclear Incident Response Team, The Domestic Emergency Support Team, and The Center for Domestic Preparedness are all part of FEMA. Which he is phasing out. What could possibly go wrong? I mean, in case of a nuclear incident or terrorist attack why would we need people who know what they're doing? This sounds like something that could lead to fewer tax cuts for the wealthy, and we can't have that!
