Such as it is, still has it under a Scheduled One Drug, like Cocaine and Heroin. The DEA can still bust anyone in any state for Cannabis use. Only States that have voted for it to be legalized have done so.. I have a friend who goes to the VA, and he has told me, they are not supposed to talk about Cannabis use, despite its benefits, the Doctors there would not even sign a permission slip for Medical Marijuana use... now the STATE has opened weed up for everyone, and despite that the VA locally does not recognise Cannabis as anything but an Illegal drug.
