1. The sculpture over the Seventh Street entrance was preserved...

It was sent to Kansas City, and its clock was replaced with a large Eagle Scout badge. It was placed above a two-tiered fountain pool in KC's Gillham Park, in front of a 22-ft. high marble backdrop. The backdrop, sculpture, and fountain pools now form the national Eagle Scout Tribute Fountain, first dedicated in October 1968.

I've participated in several Scouting ceremonies and events at this fountain. It is truly beautiful!
