"I only married him for security and money". They get along fine really. So some times things are not as they appear. And having depression sometimes makes it hard to make judgement calls. Because I swing between manic / depression it is really hard for me. So I just never make those calls. It is their business to handle it, not anyone else.

To tell you the truth, I have never met an ethical boss. I don't think you can be. I was up for a lead position and I turned it down and told my manager that I could never let anyone go. I was not that kind of person. But it takes people like that I guess to be a U.S. businessman.
