We need to stay in ...."today"...just for today, we can get through this day only......

We need to hang in there....one moment at a time....

We need to not give up..

.I feel your pain...I have not been doing well either.......Sometimes it is very very hard..But we can get through today..yesterday is gone..and tomorrow is far away..Prayers are out for you...
