I've been (mostly) good this week [View all]

Finally tapering off the Xanax and can't wait to be off that. That stuff makes me feel like shit.

But if you put a bottle of Johnnie Walker Black in front of me, damn skippy I would drink that.

It's a very good thing I don't have one.

But it's scary - it's a feeling of powerlessness.

All I can do is avoid it at this time.

If you want to lose weight, don't buy oreos

If you want to stop drinking, don't buy booze

So that in moments like these, my laziness and procrastination can actually be assets for a change
