They said, "Sir, that was the most brilliant explanation of day care economics we have ever heard. It was literally a thrill to be in the room when that happened." And they said, "Sir, Sleepy Joe Biden (they didn't call him "sleepy", that's my name for him) could never come up with such a day care plan in a million years."
