My friend's cousin's brother sees her the first of every month. She and her friends. And gang members taking EBT cards from their grannies and turning it into money at the corner bodegas...and, and....illegal immigrants stealing Social Security numbers to get a couple thousand dollars a month in Benefits....and...

Dude, if you really knew someone is committing enough fraud on benefits they don't need, put on your big boy pants and turn them in., because they're probably committing even more fraud on local businesses and other vulnerable people.
