16. Are they ICE or Border Patrol? Heard two interviews this a.m. on MSNBC that the

Border Patrol is much rougher on the people they go after because their training is intended for protecting the border, while ICE training is geared for handling immigration issues that aren't on the border. (That either one is plaguing U. S. residents is infuriating.)
