Maybe I’m in a silo, but the old veterans who surround me said they’re organized and prepared for attempts to co-op them into a political battle.

I hope it’s just a loud minority who don’t want to appear weak in the eyes of others…who need to belong to a cult to project a macho image.

I have a brother-in-law Vietnam veteran who leans like you say, but we have an open conversation about the military and Trump.
