6. It seems to me that when the President takes the oath of office, he/she swears to uphold the US

constitution. SCOTUS said (unless I got that wrong) that the President is Immune when carrying out his/her duties as President. Since official duties do not include willful violations of the Constitution, would it not hold that the President is not immune from prosecution for willful actions taken in direct violation of the Constitution?
