That is the exact same article content I linked in my OP. It gives information without saying a lot.
After digging through dozen or so articles I've am assuming at this point that it's runaway kids but a kid ran away for a reason and only 1% of child abductions are by strangers. 90% are by their parents.
A great portion of this is that the article you referenced and that I referenced, was very obviously written by AI and it's absolutely horrible.
