Trump TROOPS in CHICAGO Put on PAUSE by SCOTUS - Legal AF

The Supreme Court indicated that it wouldn't rule on Donald Trump's attempt to send the National Guard to Chicago for at least a couple of weeks.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett referred Trump's application to the Court, which sought information on whether the "regular forces" means the military. If it does, Trump might be stripped entirely of his power to deploy the military into U.S. cities under Title 10. Adam Klasfeld of All Rise News explains. - 10/31/2025.
