UPDATED with additional layoffs: The cuts at Paramount have also hit the international TV distribution side of the business.
Deadline understands that Lisa Kramer, LA-based President, International TV Licensing at Paramount Global Content Distribution will exit. Kramers division has been notching sales for King & Conqueror and, off the back of its Cannes launch, Boston Blue, in recent weeks. As the sales engine for many CBS shows, it has a roster of procedural series that still move the dial in international markets. Kramer joined the studio in 2006, having been at DreamWorks and Disney.
Long-serving SVP, Comms, Jennifer Weingroff, and Tony Augi, finance head for the distribution business, have also been let go. Weingroff had been with the company over 25 years and helped build the NCIS brand internationally, as well as running point for the distribution business at the LA Screenings. Another longtime staffer leaving is Augi, Head of Finance for the international sales division. He has served in various finance and planning roles over the years.
PREVIOUSLY, October 29: A number of television executives have been affected by the major round of layoffs at Paramount, the first since the company was established by the $8.4 billion merger of Paramount Global and Skydance in August.
